Assistant / Associate / Professor of Anatomy

Lincoln Memorial University’s DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (LMU-DCOM) invites applications for a full-time faculty position in Anatomy at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Professor. The successful candidate will contribute to the teaching of first- and second-year medical students within an integrated, systems-based osteopathic medical curriculum.
Responsibilities
*Teach medical gross anatomy, including whole-body donor dissection-based laboratories
*Contribute to instruction in embryology, histology, neuroanatomy, and/or radiologic anatomy, as aligned with expertise and departmental needs
*Participate in curriculum development, assessment, and continuous improvement
*Engage in scholarly activity appropriate to rank, with opportunities to involve medical and graduate students
*Contribute to departmental, college, and university service
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. in Anatomy or a closely related discipline
Preferred Qualifications
*Experience teaching medical gross anatomy within a health professions program
*Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based, inclusive teaching practices
*Active or developing research agenda
*Academic rank will be commensurate with training and experience
